3. Data Storage
Data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-west-1) and US (us-east-1) regions. You can specify your region during onboarding.
4. Data Retention
Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default. Transcripts and analysis results are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable laws you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Contact privacy@beynd.ai to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preference cookies for UI settings. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
